[Investigating] We started to receive lots of Ticket regarding delay in transactional and email sending around 17th June 11:00 PM UTC ( 1:00 AM CEST). We started to investigate our services at our end. We found that issue was limited to small group of clients and had started around 17th June 2:10 PM UTC (4:10 PM CEST).

[Resolved] We were able to restore sending for the affected clients at 18th June 12:30 AM UTC(2:30 AM CEST). We will add extra monitoring for our sending services to avoid such delays in future.
