[Investigating] An isolated database failure caused several areas of impact on our platform for some website users:
- Difficulty reaching SendinBlue websites
- API requests returned HTTP errors
- SMTP emails were accepted but this was not displayed on the platform interface

[Resolved] The issue has been resolved and all systems are operating normally. All accepted emails or events have been processed, and all websites are fully operational.
